The problem

The problem.

Dylan's Lease had nearly two decades of industry credibility - but their website did not show it. The design felt dated, service pages buried key information, and the site failed to build trust with fleet managers comparing leasing options.

SEO performance lagged behind competitors. Without optimized content structure and industry-specific keywords, organic discovery was limited to branded searches.

Content updates required manual workarounds. The team could not respond quickly to inventory changes, financing offers, or seasonal campaigns.

Fleet managers were finding our competitors first. The site did not explain what made us different or make it easy to request a quote.

The approach

How we approached it.

Discovery started with stakeholder interviews and a full audit of the existing site - usability, design, technical SEO, and competitor positioning across leasing, sales, and financing.

We redesigned around how trucking buyers actually evaluate vendors: clear service differentiation, proof of DOT compliance, fast paths to quote requests, and mobile-first layouts for buyers on the road.

Webflow gave the team a platform they could own. Inquiry forms, service landing pages, and blog content all live in a structured CMS with SEO fields baked into every collection.

Trucking buyers do not browse. They scan, compare, and call. We designed for that.

The build

Under the hood.

For the engineers reading. The stack, the SEO architecture, and the form workflow.

Trucking SEO is hyper-local and service-specific. We built separate landing templates for leasing, sales, and financing - each with its own keyword map and schema - rather than one generic services page.
