Case study

How Leader Properties launched a nationwide leasing platform for industrial and residential assets.

Leader Properties manages and leases industrial, commercial, residential, and parking assets across the US. They needed a premium Webflow site that showcases inventory, builds trust with tenants and investors, and turns browse traffic into qualified leasing inquiries.

The problem

The problem.

Leader Properties needed a digital presence that matched its premium positioning in the industrial and commercial real estate market, rather than a generic template site that undersold the scale of its managed portfolio.

Property discovery had to work at a national scale, spanning industrial terminals, distribution yards, multifamily residential buildings, and parking assets, each with different specs, statuses, and locations that prospects needed to browse quickly.

Marketing also needed to own day-to-day updates, so new listings, lease statuses, and insights content could go live without waiting on developers for every change.

Prospects were judging our inventory quality from a site that did not show the portfolio we actually manage.

The approach

How we approached it.

The team built a brand-forward, dark-and-gold Webflow site using the Client-First naming system, giving Leader Properties a premium look that matches the caliber of its real estate portfolio.

Property data was modeled through CMS collections so listings, specs, and statuses could be managed directly in Webflow, paired with a filterable grid and interactive map for discovery across markets.

Dedicated pages for industrial, commercial, residential, and parking assets route prospects into clear inquiry forms, turning browse traffic into qualified leasing conversations for the agent team.

Real estate sites sell certainty. Every listing, map pin, and inquiry path had to feel as solid as the assets themselves.

The build

Under the hood.

For the engineers reading. The CMS architecture, map experience, and inquiry routing.

Listings had to stay current without developers. We modeled properties as CMS items with status tags, specs, and map coordinates so the team publishes new assets and lease status in minutes.
