The problem

The problem.

Vector8 entered a crowded AI consulting market with strong methodology but no visual identity. Prospects could not quickly understand what made their human-machine collaboration approach different from generic AI advisory firms.

The team needed a website that could publish thought leadership, service descriptions, and case narratives without waiting on developers for every update.

Brand materials - decks, one-pagers, social posts - lacked a shared system, making every client touchpoint feel like a one-off design exercise.

The approach

How we approached it.

We developed the brand from the ground up: logo, color palette, typography, and a visual language that balances technical precision with human warmth.

The Webflow site uses Client-First naming and a component library for services, insights, and team pages. CMS collections let Vector8 publish articles and case notes without touching the Designer.

Marketing templates for brochures, social posts, and presentation decks share the same tokens as the website - one system across every channel.

AI consulting brands default to cold and abstract. Vector8 needed to feel precise and human at the same time.

The build

Under the hood.

For the designers reading. The brand system, Webflow architecture, and CMS structure.

AI brands often over-index on futuristic visuals. We kept Vector8 grounded in typography and layout discipline - the site earns trust through clarity, not gradient gimmicks.
